FORCE MEDIA MANAGEMENT is a music management company and a full-service consulting company, providing strategic insight, marketing solutions, and product/services refinement to its clients. We work with music artists, producers, labels, and technology providers to provide innovative solutions to our clients that allow them to grow their brand and businesses through the use of multi-media technology.

Based in Long Beach, NY, Force Media Management represents clients Underoath, The Starting Line, The Almost, Aaron Gillespie and producer Aaron Sprinkle. FMM is an early investor and strategic consultant for Bandsintown. We also co-manage Fake Problems and Hit The Lights with AAM manager Matt Watts.

Bandsintown is the leading Facebook application for live music fans and artists. For fans, BIT provides a personalized way for music fans to track their favorite artists so they never miss a live concert and to discover new touring artists, based on their musical preferences and location. For artists, Bandsintown provides a best-in-class platform that allows artists to promote their live concerts and to sell tickets, leveraging Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and more.

Randy Nichols is an entrepreneur and music industry executive who has built his career by cultivating an amalgamated approach that utilizes his vast knowledge of music, technology, and grassroots/viral marketing to grow his clients’ businesses. Randy’s career spans over 16 years of experience in the music industry, his artists have sold a combined 4 million records and continue to perform sold-out shows on six continents. Randy has also held executive positions at both music management companies and record labels, where he used his marketing and management expertise to help the artists on his roster achieve the highest possible level of success. His resume includes stints as an agent at Artist & Audience, tour marketing for Wind-Up Records, and business development for the music based online advertising network Musicvision. In 2002, Randy launched Force Management which merged with Red Light Management in 2005. On January 1st 2011 Randy re-launched his former company and in addition to artist management is now advising music-based start-ups as well.

Brooks Plummer graduated from NYU with a Music Business degree in 2009 and has been working with Randy ever since, first at Red Light Management and now at Force Media Management. Additionally, he has spent time on the road with various artists both selling merch and tour managing, as well as working with independent record label I Surrender. Brooks is also a former co-owner of Mightier Than Sword Records.
